Review
of our week:
In
math we started our chapter measurement and telling time. Time is a very
important concept. If you could spend
some time with your child working on this, that would be great. We only do to the hour and the half hour. I have also been doing some assessing. I will
send progress reports next week. We also wrote about what we would do if we
were a leprechaun.
Plays:
On
Tuesday, we will be leaving at 9:20 to go see Peter Pan. This one we will be riding a bus. On Wednesday,
we will be leaving at 9:15 to go and see Tom Sawyer. This one we will be walking. Please make sure your child wears good
walking shoes. If your child comes after
we, they will not be able to go with us.
If your child has not brought their permission slip and the $2 to pay
for the tickets, please do that on Monday.
FYI’s:
* Library on Tuesday, please make sure your child
has their books.
* There were a few of you who talked about doing a
Family Fun, but didn’t schedule one. If
you would like to still do one, please get with me so we can schedule a time.
